Enterprise sales is broken. Your biggest competitor is "do nothing."

Buying committees have doubled in size. Win rates have collapsed. And the number one reason deals die isn't competition - it's buyer indecision. The industry has spent billions on CRM and sales tools, but somewhere along the way those tools stopped serving the seller. They serve the board. They serve the dashboard. They serve the KPI report. The person trying to win the deal has been forgotten. Symphony exists to fix that.

3860%

Deals lost to "no decision"

Not lost to competitors. Lost to committees that can't align, stakeholders who can't agree, and organisations that default to inaction.

2×

Buying committees have doubled

From 5–7 stakeholders in 2015 to 8–13 today. Each added stakeholder makes consensus exponentially harder. With 6+ stakeholders, purchase probability drops below 31%.

~17%

Average enterprise win rate

Down from 27% a decade ago, a 30% relative decline. Extended cycles, bloated pipelines, and reps spending 70% of time on non-selling activities.

Data synthesised from Gartner, Forrester, Challenger Inc., RAIN Group, and CSO Insights research spanning 2010–2026.

Stop losing deals to indecision

Symphony was built on two principles that don't bend. Every capability has to give sellers time back in their day. And every capability has to help them sell and execute better. If it doesn't do both, it doesn't ship. The result is an AI-powered deal intelligence platform that turns hours of manual prep into minutes, so you spend more time with customers and less time inside systems that were never built for you.

Your AI-powered sales sidekick

Symphony isn't extra overhead; it's the opposite. Every capability is designed to give reps time back and insights they can act on immediately. Every document you upload makes the AI smarter about your deal. Every stakeholder interaction builds on the last. Available 24/7 with voice interaction and coaching built in.

01

Drop a document. Your deal is built.

Upload any document that carries intelligence about an opportunity: RFP, EOI, briefing note, discovery call transcript, board pack, analyst report, trade press article. Symphony reads it. Our Deal Intelligence engine extracts available information such as company details, stakeholders, timelines, risks, and strategic context. For transcripts and conversations, it goes further: capturing what each stakeholder's words reveal about priorities, fears, and internal politics. Not just what was said, but what it means. In under 3 minutes your deal record is created, stakeholders are populated, and you're ready to strategise. No data entry. No copying and pasting between systems.

  • AI extraction across every field of value: deal basics, strategic objectives, current reality, risks, stakeholders
  • Stakeholders automatically detected with names, roles, and influence signals
  • Analyse the file for deeper insights: pressures, buying dynamics, value signals. All saved to the deal

See the full strategic picture.

The Composition Room structures your deal across 8 strategic dimensions: from business objectives and current state to obstacles, enablers, and the decision narrative your buyer needs to get internal sign-off. Auto-seeded from document intelligence, so you start with substance, not blank fields. Deal health is scored in real-time.

  • 8-box strategic model covering every dimension of a complex deal
  • Auto-populated from uploaded documents; refine, don't rebuild
  • Real-time deal health scoring so you always know where you stand

03

Know every stakeholder before you meet them.

Each stakeholder gets a full profile. Add your observations and publicly available context, then run Symphony's proprietary TEAMS analysis to generate a detailed engagement profile covering Technical fit, Economic influence, Authority, Motivation, and Sentiment. When new documents arrive, Symphony automatically flags stakeholders you haven't captured yet. Every file makes your committee intelligence sharper.

  • TEAMS analysis generates AI-powered engagement profiles per stakeholder
  • New documents automatically surface new stakeholders and context changes
  • One-click Power Play generation from any stakeholder card

Messaging a senior executive would take seriously.

Power Plays are stakeholder-specific execution messages built from your solution's actual capabilities, the stakeholder's role and priorities, and your deal context. Not templates. Not generic. Company-specific messaging that passes the "only we can say this" test. Generated in seconds, reviewed by you, ready to deploy. When a new briefing note changes a stakeholder's authority or priorities, generate fresh messaging instantly.

  • Each message references your real differentiators and the stakeholder's specific concerns
  • Exclusivity-tested: if a competitor could say it, it doesn't pass
  • Review, edit, and accept. The AI drafts, you own the final message

Built by someone who's lived the problem

I started my career in the Australian Army, 10 years in Operations and Procurement, managing complex acquisitions and high-stakes decisions under real pressure. That experience taught me how high-value buying and selling should work: structured, disciplined, and built around the people making the decision. Then I spent 25 years in enterprise technology sales: IBM, TechnologyOne, IFS, ABB, BlackLine. I watched something go quietly wrong. I remember getting ACT and Goldmine in the late 90s and thinking this was exactly what sellers needed. Intelligence that helped you win. Context at your fingertips. I loved it. Then slowly, everything changed. The tools that were supposed to help sellers win got rebuilt to serve the board. KPI dashboards. Pipeline reporting. Activity metrics. Every system became about what the organisation needed to measure, not what the rep needed to close. The seller got forgotten. Symphony is the correction. Two principles drive every decision we make: every feature has to give sellers time back in their day, and every feature has to help them sell and execute better. If it doesn't do both, it doesn't exist. I've sat on both sides of the table, as the seller and as the buyer. I know what it costs when deals die to indecision. Symphony encodes the instincts that took me 35 years to develop, and puts them in the hands of every rep from day one.

Your deal intelligence is protected
at the database engine level

Symphony enforces tenant isolation through PostgreSQL Row-Level Security. Your data is separated at the infrastructure layer, not in application code. No bug, misconfiguration, or code path can bypass it.

Tenant Isolation

Every user gets their own isolated workspace

Every Symphony subscription, including individual accounts, receives a fully isolated tenant. Your deal data, stakeholder information, and uploaded documents are separated at the database engine level. There is no shared data layer between users.

Access Control

Four-tier RBAC with server-side enforcement

Platform Admin, Tenant Admin, Deal-level, and Granular Permissions. All validated server-side on every request. TEAMSolutions staff cannot access your data without explicit approval from your workspace administrator.

File Security

Documents are never publicly accessible

RFPs, EOIs, and deal documents are routed through an authenticated file proxy. Every request is validated against your session and tenant membership before a single byte is served. No signed URLs are exposed.

Infrastructure

SOC 2 Type II certified infrastructure

Symphony runs on Supabase, which holds SOC 2 Type II certification across the database, authentication, and storage layers. Full data portability on request with zero vendor lock-in.
